A boy was broken. A man rose again.

This is a raw and honest book about growing uo with adversity, about being shaped by pain - and about finding the strength ti rise when life forces you to your knees.

Though deeply personal experiences and intimate moments, the book takes the reader on a jurney through childhood, inner battles, and life-definingturning points. It is a story of standing alone, loosing your footing, and slowly rebuilding yourselfe - piece by piece.

This book does not try to protect the reader. It is written to bee true. It tells the story many carry within them, but few dare to put into words.

This is a book for those who have known pain. For those who have fallen. And for those who need to know that there is a way forward.

This book is the first in a planned series of four to five books, each exploring differen chapters of my life.

Throughout the series, themes such as bullying, domestic violence, alcohol abuse, sexual abuse, family life, chronic illness (ME/CFS), physical pain, extreme endurance challenges, relationships, and personal growth are explored. Each book focuses on a specific period or aspect of life, standing on its own while also countributing to a broader cohesive life story.

The story is written to show how experiences - both painful and meaningful - shape us over time. It is not a singel story, but a collection of life chapters, told with honesty, reflection, and respect.
